About Senator Tom Cotton

Tom Cotton is a US Senator representing Arkansas. He is a 6th generation Arkansan who was born and raised on his family's cattle farm. After graduating from Harvard and Harvard Law School, Tom briefly practiced law before joining the Army to serve in the infantry. Tom completed combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne and spent nearly 5 years on active duty. As a U.S. Senator, Tom serves on the Armed Services, Intelligence, and Banking Committees. He is a leader on foreign policy and national security issues.
